Went out for a 3K run this morning, which felt so good! I've been feeling a bit down and stressed lately over the last few days and I just knew that I had to get out for a run to run it off. But the first chance I could get was this morning and I am feeling so much better! This is why I love running, it really helps me to clear my head and run stress off!
I say I ran 3K, but I'm not entirely sure how far I ran actually because usually, I run an out-and-back route so I ran to my halfway point which is 1.5K, (I know this because I checked my watch and then turned around) and then I ran back to where I started my run and my watch said that I had only run 2K! And then my watch didn't finish the run so now I'm really confused! I'm going to run the same route tomorrow and see if it was my watch playing up or it is in fact just 2K! Still got out for a run which made me feel so much better so all is not lost!
