Geez, finding the motivation to get out the actual door and run is such a battle for me at the moment, but once I'm out there, I quite enjoy it! I was meant to run early this morning but I procrastinated and out it off all day, avoiding today's run but then I eventually got out and did it in the afternoon! And it wasn't that bad! Sometimes the thought of it is worse than actually doing it! Anyone else struggling at the moment? Any tips on how to keep your motivation going? Knee felt fine but had a few niggles here and there. At least it's getting better but slowly and I'm making sure I do my physio exercises everyday!
Also has anyone tried 'Zombies, Run!'? I'm thinking that might get me out of my motivational slump a bit and help me to get my runs done

Iβm lucky as my club post challenges every day. Also Iβm doing a training plan and that keeps me motivated. I also sign up to βrace at your paceβ medals so know I need to do a certain mileage each month. The medals are lovely too ππ½
I write my running days in my diary then don't think about it any further. I "just do it". Dont forget how great it feels once you get out there and how pleased you are when you get back! That's the theory anyway π
