It's been challenging to keep on track recently...December is so busy, then I was ill over Christmas and only managed one run in a fortnight π±, which couldn't be helped but I really missed it!
The last couple of weeks I've still been a bit run down, back to 3 runs a week recently but didn't push myself passed 10K.
Then this weekend I've just felt good and healthy (yay π) so I decided on a long run this morning. It was tiring and the arches of my feet are aching now I've stopped but 11 miles done for the 1st time π
I'm super happy with it, feels like I'm back where I should be πββοΈπ
