Yep my first official half marathon next Sunday and a new medal yeh .cant wait hope that am ready for it I think so I really cant believe that just over 15months ago I could not run to save my life honestly but look where I am now all because of c25k thank you it just goes to show its never to late so if you are thinking about it just give it ago and see what happens

Mine is on the 20th. Oooer. Got a 10k trail race before that though

Look at us! RACING! Who knew? Certainly not us when we took those tentative first steps of the programme. I can’t ever imagine not running now.
