Chip time 56:29 - pretty good for this hilly cross country course and a 10k race PB for me despite the terrain - the HM training must be paying off?

Met up with Madge50 as well, who also had a good run (good luck for your Edinburgh HM next week!)

I’m now tapering down to my next race, the ‘flaming’ Histon HM on 2nd June 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️
