Croydon HM done

Hi everyone, I’m pleased to say I got round Croydon HM today. It was neither fast nor pretty but I got round ok. The marshals and other runners were fantastically supportive and I wouldn’t have got round without them 😀👏👏👏

It’s 51 weeks since I started C25K so very pleased with my efforts so far👍

Thanks to you all for your help, advice and support. You got me through everything. Again, today would not have happened without you💜

I’m doing the Vitality London 10,000 in May, then might look for another HM later in the year. Also want to do Switchback 5 and Croydon 10K if all goes to plan🤞

Thanks Madge, the medal is surprisingly good quality. I got a t-shirt for finishing too. Sadly they only had ‘extra large’ size left by the time I finished😳 Still, I’ll settle for that👍

Nice, that’s the sign of a pretty good event, they don’t all do t-shirts.......I find larger t-shirts are always useful for layers during winter runs.....and make you look slimmer....😉
