Terrific day in South Wales today, as I joined my sister, BethMay and some 27,500 others for the Cardiff HM. Weather was very kind, but I hit the wall at 19k and from then on in it was a big struggle!

Still I got round and that’s my second HM to add to the nine 😳 10K races since starting C25K less than 18 months ago. It’s been quite a journey!

....right, what’s next? 😂

Yes the English is the translation, they are the words inscribed on the front of The Millennium Centre in Cardiff.
