Thanks you.. the first.. had almost healed.. still black.. the second.. I have damaged so many times..it is in love with the toe next to it.. I buddy them up and run as soon as the pain has abated usually 48 hours
It's slow Tasha, but... I will get back on track.. ju-ju- 's 10K plan helps so much... done it a few times after injury! Just a slow build up that focuses me
I cracked my toe on the coffee table the other day. Gawd it ‘urt 😫. We have to be careful of our tootsies Flo 😃 I always wear my slippers. Well nearly always 😁. The one time..... 🙄
Fantastic news dear Floss, you don't need any advice you have come back from the IC before...except have you thought about a nice pair of knitted booty slippers to protect your precious toesies...😊xxxx
I am looking for a HM in around early March - as part of my "intended" training for a full Marathon in early July. BUT Feb/March is HOT here and not many HM's on anywhere.
Ah...good plan! ❤️ We’ve got one of those little night light plug-ins that detects when it’s dark and comes on then. I brought it home from my parents’ house, but they’re quite handy little things for landings etc.
Boy oh boy you go through it don't you! I busted my big toe after kicking a door a few years ago, don't ask!!!, and didn't even feel like walking across my living room so back on the HM trail so soon is fantastic! Good luck, I'll keep my cyber eye on you!! ;0) x
