So, after nearly two months off I realised I’m running an HM 25th April and I had better get training. I have I have definitely lost some fitness and speed (I was slow before but even overtaking walkers is hard going).
Six miles today in the snow, puddles and mud! A big grin and slightly sore upper back muscles and I’m feeling my mojo return. Hopefully I’ll be back up to 10 in no time.
