Merry Christmas! I wish I was going for a run, but I have had a bad cold/cough/laryngitis so I don't think it's wise. Have fun!

No run for me sadly as I was only to be found up to my neck in discarded wrapping paper and children's toy instructions. It is like the big build in our house lol. I was envious of those able to make park run.

I went out with my son and did 4 miles in the woods, it was fab! I hope you enjoyed your run?

Yes I got 7 mile run in. It's probably the best day of the year to run. Today was going to be a rest day but I did 5k earlier to redeem some of eating and drinking from yesterday 😂

Merry Christmas!! I ran 5.6 with my dad and brother! My scheduled run was 5 and they said they wanted to join! It was wonderful
