well santa has been good to me this christmas- he gave me a running book with interesting facts...one of which was what do people wear underneath - 11 % of canadian people wear nothing and 8% of American people wear nothing. Nothing was mentioned about british people perhaps they felt it wasn't even worth asking us.

What ever you wear underneath happy Christmas whoever and wearever you are!

Haha, I run with big running pants underneath and proud of it. Anything small and it rides up to where it should never be lol. 🏃

Depends on the time of year. Winter running definitely involves underwear but in warmer weather, if running in gusseted gear then this Canadian is running commando 😳😂🇨🇦

I wouldn't be without pants, and big ones at that - my running shorts are, er, pretty short! 🙄

All my running shorts have built in undies so that helps.
