So, I completed the half marathon on Saturday, what an amazing experience, pushed me physically and mentally but I finished, that was my aim and I did it!.
Very proud that I was a non runner in Oct 2016 and have achieved this in 11 months.
Believe in yourself, be bold, do not listen to your gremlins.

Fantastic achievement, Well done! Did you manage to run it all? I started just August 2016 and am up to 8ish miles, I don't think I could consider a hm yet. Maybe I lack confidence 😉
Hi, I had an injury that stopped my training for two weeks which were my longs runs. I hit 10 miles and then hit a wall, I walked and ran the rest.
That is excellent going with the injury you had so close to the event. Be very proud of your achievement! What next?
