It is now a month until my trail marathon ( eek)... So I decided to do a bodypump class to work on my core! Oh my life it was hilarious as I didnt have a clue. I was all over the place and this 'helpful' man behind me kept telling me what I was doing wrong. Anyone else done it and enjoy it????
All in all it was OK and I can see it will benefit so I will aim to do one every week or 2. The 'helpful' man also grabbed the the next morning before Spinning to show me how to do a proper squat which was so lovely!
So my plan for the weekend was to do 8 miles Saturday and 12 or so Sunday in the woods. Oh my life it was so wet, muddy, slippy, hilly and cold! However I did it and feel all the better but tired today. So my longest run will be this Friday at my mums in Hayle. I will be aiming for 20 on the coastal footpath/ beach. It wont be as hilly but the terrain will be tricky.
Pic is me yesturday on the 12 miles a bit bedraggled and my elevation
Happy panthering,

Well done ju-ju, some serious mileages and elevations going on there! Lots of luck with your 20 miler this weekend too! My goal after the Bath Half this weekend, is to focus more on my trails and hills. There is a fab (and very small) hilly trail half marathon on my doorstep in May, but don't think I could manage the hills and distance combined just yet!😮 Would definately like to think of it as a goal for next year though. Keep on doing what you do - it is so inspiring so read about, especially for 'aspiring' panthers like me! 🙂
I hope it went OK? I heard they ran out of medals which is terrible!!! I managed 30 miles over 3 days on the coast which was amazing!! I will post about it shortly.
Love the picture ju-ju- ! Sounds like you're lucky (not) with the weather for your training runs, but hopefully that'll mean you're 110% prepared for whatever race day throws at you.
Good luck on Friday, hope it turns out to be beautiful, dry and lovely!
