[Sandraj39 Half Marathon]

Its a 10k trail run for me tomorrow - really looking forward to it! Plus, it's been raining here this afternoon, so I shall be splashing my way through a few puddles too! 💦🏃🏽‍♀️💦 Have a good weekend!🙂

[C3PO Marathon]

I did a 6.5 k run this evening while it was snowing. I plan to do a short run on my treadmill tomorrow, and about 10 k along the fjord on Sunday.

Happy new year matey 🙂

I did a face plant while out running the other night, as per my recent post, so I am laid up. I am going away to N Yorks til Monday and plan to do very little. I had planned to do Harrogate park run. Doh! Instead of setting off yesterday I was at the dentists getting my teeth X-rayed 😷

[Tomas Marathon]

Just eating my porridge. Once digested and turned into glucose I shall be out on the small country lanes for a 20 km LSR. It's misty out there, so I'm not in a great rush.
