On track with MyAsics

I set off at7 this morning for my 10K fast fun hoping to beat the heat but didn't quite manage it. Rather pleased with my time though as it was 1 second under the recommended pace despite the hill from hell in the heat st the 9K mark. My Asics says I'm on target for a 5.39 marathon in Berlin. I hardly dare believe it!

You can only keep plugging away, chipping away at the distance a bit at a time, or more than a bit in your case! A marathon is chuffin hard so hats off to you for attempting it. I've chickened out thus far.

Are you enjoying the training plan or getting a bit peed off with it now. They are long aren't they, even the half seems interminable. Still, better to be prepared! Dib dib x

Not sure I knew what I was getting into Poppy but I do now! One long run left (30K) in 10 days time. I've planned the route and think I can face it. People are pledging money to my JustGiving page now so there's no turning back .
