So- what is your favourite terrain to run on???

I've been spending the last few days running on a long beach, so that's my favourite for today!!

Love running by the sea, but must admit only if on the prom or road. Not too keen on soft sand. However, I also find running through woods very enjoyable.

Oooh on holiday! Lovely! I am so jealous I could spit! Running along the seafront is a must-do for me. Living so far from the sea in every direction puts a right crimp on that plan. Ha ha

I am really lucky I have family here and I grew up in Falmouth... I hope you get to the sea sometimes and on holidays? It's so restorative I wish I still lived by the sea.

[AncientMum Half Marathon]

Nothing compares with running along the seafront. The best place in the world bar none. Definitely not on sand though, that's a killer on the calves and Achilles.

It really is a killer but it's an amazing feeling to look ahead and behind and not see a soul.....
