Update on the last poll.... 60% of us run 3 times a week....

I am interested in whether people do intervals regularly, and has it made a difference to your running???

Intervals are obsolutely key to improving your running and should be done at leat once a week!

You can incorporate them into a longer run if you want by fartlek!

I try a hill session or an interval session every Monday. It's definitely helping the other runs seem easier ๐Ÿ˜ฌ
