Did anyone take the survey on this site yet ? If so, did you get your evoucher? Might as well get something out of this situation we are all in. A little something to brighten the day.

Not got AMD hoping they will conduct one for other eye diseases

BUT since they are known as the AMD society I don’t think that will happen

They are not the AMD Society but the Macular Society, dealing with all forms of macular disease, including for example myopic macular disease (MMD) and Stargardt’s disease and some other conditions

Hi Patjo, yes I did the survey and received the voucher which I plan to use this weekend.

I got the voucher. It was easy to apply to Amazon.

I guess it takes longer for the USA folks.

Me neither. Sent email to healthunlocked to tell them that several of us had not received vouchers.
