Yesterday I had to undergo joint and spine steroid injections. Does anyone know how long the pain lasts? Please help!!

if you mean the pain of the injections .... it last about 48-72 hours and you know that you should be resting to ensure that it stays at the joint to obtain maximum effect. I have seen people literally change within 72 hours due to the injections, so take heart and stay positive.

Thanks a lot. Starting to feel some relief. I have to go back for another set of injections next week. Not as nervous as I was before.

I have had 2 steroid injections in 2 months and they seemed to help but now being put on hydroxychloroquine has any one else used this?
