I love Ice-cream and have been known to make my own. It doesn't do me any harm that I have noticed.

When you break it down, the individual ingredients might affect some people; Cream, Milk, Sugar, +Chocolate? or Fruit?.

Cheaper commercial stuff may contain any number of gums preservatives or sea-weeds.

I've never heard of this.

I love ice cream, eat it regularly and have been told I'm in early stages of remission!

There are so many things we can no longer do once we're diagnosed with lupus..... I think I'll keep eating ice cream till I hear definitely that I should stop!

It makes me happy!! :)
