Just wanted 2 post this picture 2 hopefully make a few people smile. Contrary 2 popular belief, it doesn't have 2 be COLD WEATHER 4 this 2 happen! On a good note, my kids find it hilarious when 'Mum's fingers go mad!' bless them. I however find it bloody painful :0( Moments after this picture was taken, my whole hand went lol :0)

Ha, ha just like mine. My kids call me a freak. Delightful. Recently started taking nifedepine and it's working really well. Keep warm. X Jo

Unfortunately, Nifedipine didn't work 4 me, I was on it 4 about 8 months but unfortunately it increased the frequency of my blackouts & dizzy spells (I once fell in2 a bramble bush while talking 2 my next door neighbour due 2 the Nifedipine. It was highly amusing afterwards but obviously not at the time!) Just make sure u stay away from Grapefruit juice while u're taking it as it can cause a massive drop in blood pressure which equals fainting :0) Glad it's helping u though ;0) As 4 the keeping warm, I wear 2 pairs of socks everyday with thermal bedsocks over the top & STILL can't feel my feet 4 the cold lol. Gotta love lupus & all her secondary friends.....not ;0)

ive recently had a dodgey mole removed from side of my foot,each week the stitches are checked and the nurses giggle as i remove 3 pairs of socks and two pairs of gloves!! i even wear two pairs of socks in summer as my feet are blue/purple in flipflops! lol

Just goes 2 prove, it doesn't have 2 b cold 2 affect us :0/ I'm the same with the socks etc. Only problem is sometimes I absolute leak with sweat due 2 being really hot yet my hands & feet r blue! U gotta laugh, otherwise where would we b? ;0)

Hi Sher, That could be my hand in the pic. I always think raynauds is very patriotic, where the fingers go red, white and blue. hahah I sometines have gloves on in the summer while i`m wearing shorts it looks bizarre doesnt it? I too am on fb will try to check u out.
