Had a bad night last night, up early to do the school run, but fatigue is winning the game at the moment. To all that have appointments, remember to ask your Drs for all the things you need to know, dont let them brush your questions a side. Smile as things could always be worse.

Morning all
Good morning Peter. I know what you mean about tiredness, I can't get up today! You are right, it couid be worse. Have a good day and don't forget, if you need to rest, then rest, that is what I have learnt to do. Keep smiling x
Morning
Yep I did the school run then nose dived onto the couch on my return. I had trouble getting out of bed today too but I've woken up with a cold which I find adds to the fatigue, especially over the last few days as the virus starts to build. Off to the docs in hour for more Pred and various other issues, but I've remebered to brush my hair, which is a bonus!
Have a good day, and don't forget it's half term next week. YAY... no school run!! Alison
Morning
Off work today doing a bit of housework (yuk) I'm also making my first slow cooker stew of the year and some home made bread, its the only good thing about winter. I remember the school run many years ago, I must say I don't miss them. Writing this in what I call coffee break which there are many when I am at home do a bit, dodge a lot, and sit down loads. Washing machine done better hang out.Take care.
sleep whats that went to bed at 2 this morning got up at 6 , cant be bothered to do anything today not even my housework, bad depression, and in pain
It is like I wrote that comment!! You basically took the words out of my mouth and typed it down! I spent the whole last week AND this week feeling like that. You don't know what to do with yourself. Things like why is this happen. to me?? Social relations and friendship just become flushed down the toilet. You seem to scare people away if you open your mouth and complain, so you can't be bothered interact with other people. BUT remember this is LUPUS talking, not you. I promise you it is a temporary going down the drain. Complain here as much as you like, I do. So does everyone else. You are not alone. I promise soon you will feel more ok AND stronger...xxx
Fatigue seems like a very wrong word for what we endure. When I was finally diagnosed, I had a word with my GP and I was saying "why didn't my symptoms point you in the direction of lupus?" ......... he said but you looked ok and you just kept saying that you were tired!! ......... I said give me another word for it!!!
