hello lupies

having another bad night cant sleep as im in such pain in my joints :(

will be suffering tomorrow with yet no sleep again ..this damm lupus always gets the better of me ..i so wish there was a cure to free us all from this suffering ,,any way good night gods precocious lupies ..sweet dreams

How's it going, have you managed to get some sleep? Are you taking any painkillers for that pain? X

Hi there it has eased a little thank god and have managed a hours sleep I take medication for my knees and painkillers too tramodol dose help a bit but not always and often I'm awake in the night with pain :( hope u r ok and have a good day :)

Sorry to hear about your sleepless nights. I was the same for years.......until I stopped taking Prednisolone 3 months ago. Although I still wake in the night with pain it is now easier to get back to sleep and my quality of sleep is better. I feel for you. There is nothing worse than tossing and turning when all around you are sleeping soundly!

I have that problem. I was told it is because of my meds. Now I take a very mild sleeping tablet from from doctor. Hope it helps/
