Do you feel really hot?

I have only ever had a problem with feeling cold in the past, as I have an underactive thyroid. But I've realised I don't get that anymore, I only ever get hot, when people around me are complaining about how cold it is. I get all sweaty too, which I hate, is this a common thing?

I go from hot to cold all day, when Im cold I shiver, when Im hot I sweat buckets. I hate it too.

Some reason lupies can get hit with sudden hot flushes - especially if get embarrassed or in hot weather. Used to have the sweat poor off of me.

Since I started on the plaquenil and the lupus has been mainly under control so has the profuse sweating.

I have hot flushes but only in the morning for some odd reason lol everyone around me is freezing but i feel like Im gonna burn up my palms are soaked for about 2 hours after getting up and i can't stop sweating then it goes until the following morning..Im just an oddball i think lol x

Like Davros the sweating has eased for me since treatment started..It was worse in the night and feeling cold has stopped too which can only mean my body temp has stabilised....I sweat on waking some mornings, have a bright red face and it takes a little while to settle down but compared to 7 years ago I'm much better...I had an overactive thyroid many years ago but I dont remember much, was on pills for a year and thankfully it settled down...thyroid probs run in my family...
