There is the free info pack also that you can request on the website that I found useful.
I dito the above,They have the most up to date plus leaflet that you can pick.
Lupus U/K if you have not already become a member is £10 and you will find its the best £10 you have spent,you also get to know of a group in your area,and get news letters from both and up dates on what is new!!
How ever they will still supply you with the items you want(Member or not)
