Hi I'm talking to Junior Doctors at the University this morning about Lupus and sjogrens so that hopefully diagnosis will improve in the future - please keep your fingers crossed for me!

Thank you Paul. It went really well. I am pleased to report that we are going to have some very good, sensitive and empathic doctors in the future! Some of these junior docs asked some great questions and guessed quite early on that I had SLE on the basis of my symptoms. I gave them some info that I had received from LUPUS UK so hopefully they will all be better informed about Lupus and not forget it in a hurry when they are in practice.

One can only hope this does, my experience of junior drs is they have no idea about sle or related disorders, you try and explain and the common theme approach is sorry I have patients to review, let's hope for future change.
