Infection or lupus maybe

I have SLE and just wondered if anyone had any opinions on this

is it inflammatory related or an infection,

it's mildly sore thanks in anticipation☺️

Looks like it might be a harmless myxoid cyst which come and go as they please. I have one on each hand and can be connected to connective tissue disease. X

If there's no injury then I assume Lupus. I don't get many now after being on immunosuporesant and biologic for two years. Sometimes extra moisturising helps and I wear gloves for any housework. That's when I can do it lol

it looks like a flare to me as my rheumatologist use to check my fingers.

I get very similar sores, I had them biopsied a few years ago by a dermatologist and he diagnosed me with vasculitis. Hydroxy has cleared most of them up, but I still get breakthrough sores fairly often.

I have had similar on big toes for a few years but have not had a diagnosis as it doesn’t cause problems. Good luck
