Quite an interesting article about Lupus...handy i think for those with family or friends who struggle to understand how it effects us x

Thank you for posting this article. Very interesting. I believe that the saying 'You are what you eat ' is very true.

Yes. She is fortunate that has helped her at this stage may not always be the case and wouldn't help everyone.

I liked the detail in the article of symptoms and effect on daily life etc . For those who struggle to get family to understand its a good article to get them to read x

Yes and how she describes falling asleep nearly driving and at work was so spot on for anyone who has never experienced fatigue as apposed to tiredness xx

Well, call me a horrible old cynic - and I don't doubt that she suffers with lupus - but I read this article as a massive plug for her wellness company.

Yes maybe but surely anything that raises awareness of Lupus is a good thing x

You are - of course - completely right and although I feel this could have been achieved without mentioning the name of the company it is a good account of how lupus can affect people; one that goes beyond the often-repeated account of lupus as 'joint pain and feeling a bit tired', which I find so insulting.

Yes I agree it could of been done without the plug. I also find articles that play down our symptoms and suffering insulting x
