Hello everyoneJust thought i'd post this Ultra Slow Wean Steroid chart called the Meeran Protocol. Anyone having problems reducing their steroids might like to try this slow way of doing it.

I do know how hard it can be so i hope this is helpful. If its hard to read i can re-do it.
