Constant infections

In the last three to four weeks I have had three lots of antibiotics for cellulitis and now another infection. I want to know if it is a symptom of lupus. As the infection is in my leg. I am concerned. I know that cellulitis can be serious… the swelling/infection is on my left leg. you can see how swollen my leg is.

Hi, I get it quite often, the 'Blistering' type, last year I had 9 months on and off of antibiotics, became severly allergic to all bar one. I have had a similar problem this year too. Its not nice, just watch you dont knock your legs and cause ulcers too and cream them everyday. My rheumy prescribed me Cetraben, it is now on my repaet. xx

cellulitis can be caused through many reasons, I guess it is possible that lupus could affect you getting it, the same as lymphodema and diabetes to name a few. what does your GP say?
