I can't offer any constructive help because I, too, am struggling to get a diagnosis.

I just wanted to send you a hug and say, you're not alone. 🫂x

For your doctor to do the ANA they must be suspicious of an autoimmune disease. You might want to ask how they interpret the positive test. They look at titre, your age, and whether specific autoantibodies were found.

I would also ask about your rash. A lupus rash is very specific and I would think if your doctor saw a classic lupus rash they would take that very seriously. Could you post a photo?

Best of luck

I know the frustration you feel. Because of my experience I believe that MTHFR is a condition that should also be considered. In addition, have you been screened for all tick born illnesses? Although I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, Sjogrens, Lupus, Chronic Fatigue, I one time was admitted to the emergency room with Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. However, many people have Lymes for years without a diagnosis.
