hey!! im a teen living with a mum struggling with lupus + bipolar and i would love to learn more about lupus and what it affects so i can easily help my mum better !! if anyone could help and give tips thats so so appreciated

The Lupus Encyclopaedia by Donald E. Thomas is a great book and has been recommended to me by many others living with lupus. Also there are a great many resources on My Lupus Team online, you don’t need to join or become a member to access the resources but it’s all free and over the years has helped me understand my condition more. This is a great site to post questions and seek support 🤗
