I’ve just started listening to The Immune Mind by Monty Lyman, on Radio 4, certainly very interesting & I’m finding parts of it easy to relate to with regard to my Lupus diagnosis. It’s book of the week this week.

Listened to all five this morning. Found the points interesting. Particulary:

1. Suggested connection between long live and diet - Centenarians being those ate live culture yoghurt.😋

2. The Cardiff study, linking watching out for bad things rather than good things when there is depression /inflammation/ feeling ill.

(Not sure which was the 'cause' and which the 'effect' or whether there is s loop. Paeticularly with health care as it is and definately when there was no health care people would need to be more aware of threats when ill to survive. Left me questioning how I see things a bit🤔)
