Hi lupis! 👋🏼

New study demonstrates a direct causal link between an overactive UNC93B1/TLR7 axis and lupus pathogenesis and indicates that blocking overactive TLR7 might be therapeutically effective. Their findings are expected to accelerate further development of TLR7 inhibitors for patients with SLE and related autoimmune diseases.

Hi Naldog. I just read that in Lupus News Today. Very interesting. Do you think then we get a virus or bacterial problem it is why we flare so badly? I’m flaring quite badly after another bout of Covid. I can’t seem to shake it. If our bodies go into overdrive withTLR7 immune response I hope there is a cure!
