Hello. I’m not going to be very useful but I just wanted to say that, if your rheumatologist and GP have picked this up from your MMF monitoring then I’d trust them to get in touch in new year with a plan to address these problems with you. I’m guessing it will be related to the extent of immunesuppression you’re on - but the vitamin D dose probably needs hiking and maybe other causes for this established eg your low ferritin.
Hope you get answers soon and no I’d try not worry as your doctors are aware. All the best for 2024
thanks, I hope they have a plan- that’s not always been my experience over past 10 years ! But as you say at least they’ve picked it up and told me this time.
If you are with the rheumy team at the Andrew Brownsword unit at RUH Bath then you are with the best there is, I have been going there with my Lupus for over 31 years, they are a Lupus excellence centre!
but does that mean low lymphocytes is nothing to worry about?
I worry cos I work with children and term starts soon and I spent 5 weeks too ill to get out of bed this year and as far as I’m aware my white cells were much higher then!
I’ve only had one consultation at RUH, which I asked for as second opinion. It’s positive they’ve let me know the results.
