What medications could possibly affect a lupus diagnosis blood test? I'm having the ANA and anti - ds/DNA blood test in 2 days to see if all my symptoms are Lupus related and my concern is this:I'm currently taking Fexofenadine 180mg and flucloxacillin 500mg for extreme rashes and finger infections, I'm wondering would this reduce ANA in my bloods?

Thank you in advance! 😊
