Sorry to hear that youve got no answers.ligaments need an mri.i had one in Feb after a fall and it showed I'd torn my ATF ligament and damaged my peroneal tendons so I'm now under trauma and orthopaedics. Take it easy x

so sorry you’re suffering with feet . Have you asked your dr for a referral to physio as they may help with strengthening exercises for your ankles. I have raynauds and burning feet syndrome and my ankles give way too . Orthotics didn’t work for me but they do work for many others. Do you wear good supportive shoes or trainers ? Take care

I would be happy if an x-ray showed I had no arthritis. I understand you have lots of pain, and that is horrid - but if orthotics can help this is really a win. Stay strong.

tried orthotics before got me knee microfracture and didn't need them. i was doing no problems walking. now when i put the foot down you can see the knee twist.

I'm sorry, I didn't know that.

Hiya Minka, I am sorry that you have pain in your joints. I understand your disappointment as I too have had X rays and MRI scans of my whole body as I would keep going back explaining how much pain I was in and each time they would say that nothing significant came up. I felt so much pain in my feet, knees, hips , shoulders, hands , wrists and ankles that they felt broken and still do but I was diagnosed with having Lupus in October. It all makes sense now, although it's not great having it. The medication helps with the pain , I exercise regularly but in moderation and have rest days if I need to. It was very depressing at times being a fitness instructor and I love my job. I had to stop teaching Zumba because I was told by orthopaedic surgeons and Rheumatologist that if I kept doing that then I wouldn't be able to do anything. So now I teach Pilates and still have my worries if I will be able to carry on teaching and especially with a Loupie brain! Hand on there, things will get better! Cx

On the better leg i got my blister back that was going on big toe. so its another day of bed rest for me see if I can get this down for docs on Thursday. I'm in a bit of a pickle with the knee and ankle . and i don't know why the better leg is catching all the flack for it with the blisters and redness. and boy do they go warm at night. I have to cool them down in warm water.
