Osteopathy for joint pain?

I was wondering if anyone with lupus or anyone who suffers for joint pain ever tried osteopathy and did it help?

And if you tried any other methods?

I already do stretching, yoga and light exercise. I want to see what else I can do!

Thanks!

When my kneecap kept dislocating and my knee was swollen and I could not weight bare, I tried a Chiropractor. Best thing I ever did. He helped me in so many ways. I had had very painful feet for years, could not stand for long before sweating with pain and with one adjustment on each ankle the pain was eased considerably. He also adjusted my neck, spine and pelvis as my posture was poor hunched over sticks and limping with my knee pain. He used accupuncture and deep massage too. It took a while but I was eventually so much better xx
