Cold feet
My feet and hands are very cold but I am sweating… very annoying
I had the same symptoms. a friend suggested the mild use of a vibrating machine. it made a bit of a difference.. thank GD.
Hi Please let me know how you get on..I have lupus sle, raynards and other issues . My feet get so cold I can have say 3 pairs socks woollen blanket and hot water bottle and it still feels like I'm sitting with my feet in freezer still that cold... My toes itch and if I squeeze my toes down soul of my feet feel like cardboard.. I have seen gp told rheumatologist and they just say it's part of lupus which I don't agree. Hense why I ask you to let me know how you get on. Keep well Mike
Hi Mike I'm told I have no pulse at top on one of feet by podiatry. My feet also feel like they are made of cardboard .my ankle is giving way which is making my knee to swell up Also my back plays up cos I'm throwing weight to the other foot. Which is giving me a pain in the groin. And I can't walk very far on it as my leg from knee down goes into hibernation. Mike can you tell me your problems with your body .I've been like this for 3 months.
Hi I have lupus sle, raynards, thyroid problems, and more..I'm under
Hematology, rematology, cardiology, orthopedic, dermatology, eye hospital, endocrinologist.
So I've had lupus for over 20years and been on steroids plus other medications for that time.
I had lymphoma 10 years ago,
Have overactive thyroid then under active. Waiting for knee surgery at present. Lupus causes fatigue shortness of breath etc ..
Plus other things...
I do have a blue badge which really helps me..
On the positive side I always keep smiling and don't dwell on things and I ask people hear questions which helps. I work full time but do have a fair bit of sickness if say having flair up. There is more but I think that is enough..keep smiling and keep looking forward not back.Mike
