This is after turning my AC back on during a heat wave and neglecting to throw on a pair of socks and brief exposure to the cold floors. My feet are aching and freezing ice cold.

does this look like raynauds?
Hi, my experience of raynauds on the soles of my feet is they go a white/yellow and very numb. When the blood starts to return they go a similar colour to yours.
Hi looks like it to me I get the same and in the winter no matter what I do hot water bottle etc feet and hands feel frozen. I haven't been prescribed any treatment have you?

I’m currently in the testing stage to figure out what’s going on. At time of my last appointment, I wasn’t experiencing any discoloration other than redness so this deeper reddish blue on my feet is new; it’s happened a couple times now. My sensitivity to the cold started this past winter. It’s like my hands and feet over react to the cold and then in turn ache deeply for a long time. After yesterday’s cold exposure, I put my feet on a heating pad to warm up and it took a bit but then the pins and needles sensation was so uncomfortable!
Yup. I have raynauds but on a whole different level. My toes in winter ache, blister and discolour to the point where they turn almost black and to the point I can only walk in excruciating pain.
Have you seen a Dr about this? They will prescribe meds to help. For me though, the severity means I'll need an infusion before winter 😔

I go back to the doctor soon but it feels like not soon enough!
