I suspect that it may need individual Rheumatology to work with you on a personal level. I'm guessing very likely that stopping the Methotrexate is advised for you personally, and you're then monitored / perhaps rheumatology nurse or helpline is available if you have problems
In the research 127 people, tried the miss it to maximize antibody response, and it sounds like it can cause flare up, even if this particular research didn't think it significantly worsened the underlying condition
I'm guessing a lot of Lupus patients may accept a flare up, if it's not too bad an effect on overall health.
