No sorry I’m in a Cambridgeshire but sending you a cheery smile 😀
Sorry your feeling quite one rn, at times it's not easy. Sending you hugs from afar and hoping you find some support locally. Maybe look locally, through websites like ACIS, where they often list groups like this and some other local groups you can get involved in.
Take care , be kind to yourself

Contact Lupus UK - they will put you in touch with a regional contact.
I recognise that feeling so well. Nothing local to me either. Illness isolates you sadly. This forum is wonderful for support, giggles and advice. I really hope that you can find something that helps. For me when I got a carer my life changed immensely. I found my smile again. Good luck xx
Hello Melaxx. I’m sure if everyone who is a member on this forum(thousands!) saw your post and had the time and energy would respond with kindness of understanding the loneliness that chronic illness brings to us all. We have days in deep valleys and climbing mountains and then for awhile a peaceful ledge of quiet watching “fields of gold” blowing gently in the wind. Lol I’m feeling poetic this morning. We find different ways to cope and God knows through Covid it’s been terrible. For me, I needed help accepting my illness and now illnesses ( how wonderful) and I sought counseling. She has literally been a God-send. I no longer see her, but she is there if I need her. I’m also starting new hobbies. Depending on how confident you feel you can begin hobbies now outside your home. I have a few friends but not many that are not “virtual.” I have posted before the sadness of some friends who can not last through our long storm of illness. I have 3 small dogs that give me a kick in the ass to go out in the world even when I feel awful for short walks. They also give me that great unconditional love and spread themselves on my lap as I call them my dog blanket. Plz feel free to message me for chat. Warm hugs💕Titters
There is a group that meets in Lancaster, although I think meetings have been virtual since covid. Like Hazel W has said, contact the North West regional group via Lupus UK to find out more about it.
