Had my first headache-free day, after 200 straight days with a headache. Maybe the Aimovig is working? Orπ€·ββοΈ? Ferritin infusion? Increased venlafaxine quieting the trigeminal? Yesterday, it was hanging out in the background but barely noticeable. Definitely an improvement.

Merry Christmas DR! What a wonderful yet screwy gift you have garnered. A no headache day must be the ultimate gift. 2022 will hopefully be just as wonderful to all of us! Cheers. π₯
I was a day and a half w/o headache. Although it did come back, it didnβt last all day and was much more bearable. π€·ββοΈJust like a pesky little gnat. My next shot of Aimovig is due in 3 days. Iβm guessing my body is acclimating to it and it needs the next dose. We had a very quiet holiday. I hope you enjoyed your to the fullestπ€β¨Dππ½ββοΈ
I used to have constant headaches until I tried Gabapentin for my back pain. It did nothing for my back pain but it made my headaches go away. 300 mg in the AM and 600 mg in the PM. It changed my life. Good luck with whatever works for you.
Thanks Nanleighh. I am on gabapentin (300/300/900) plus six other meds and 5 vitamins/supplements that are prescribed to keep me functioning. Turning back the time machine to 2013, I was running races, took no meds and only occasionally ran low on ferritin/iron. I was otherwise healthy- no autoimmunes, no symptoms. Those were the days!!! Wish I could be so carefree now!π
Glad to hear that something is working for you finally. It is not nice having a headache( migraines) constantly. Praying that it continues in the right direction .Have a wonderful bless Christmas. xx
