Hello I am new on the site and wondered if anyone can help. The GP recently referred me to the hospital for tests for Sjogren's Syndrome. The hospital rejected the referral but asked the GP to carry out some blood tests. I have received the Negative ANA result but a positive ENA result. None of the individual antigen reactions were positive enough to give a diagnosis. Has anyone had similar blood test results which led to a diagnosis.
Thankyou

The Lupus Encyclopedia suggests that having the classical presentation of dryness and being positive for ANA, anti-SSA, anti-SSB, and/or RF is usually enough to make a diagnosis of Sjögren’s syndrome.
