As Ive had such a lovely response to a caption competition and can't give a normal prize I've come up with a different one.
I'll choose my favourite caption and will ask the winner what is your favourite animal .?I'll dedicate a week's cutie pics with your favourite animal as your prize.I try to keep a good mix of animals etc so hopefully will have your favourite as long as it's not too exotic!. Haha!.
Hope you like the idea and thank you for being so supportive of this. I haven't done a caption myself so there's no cheating!!. π
Keep safe and well

So glad you like it spotty. Ive been so pleased at the response. It could be you!. Haha!. So glad there's been a lot of activity at your flycatcher nest and mr may be back now too. Hope you find some babies. Thats exciting!. π€
So pleased Willow is home recuperating. Lots of luck and love. Xxππ€ππ€ππ€
Haha. Fingers crossed.Mrs Flycatcher is sitting again, but I read they lay 1 egg per day and as there were 4 eggs inside the nest and 1 just outside, it could be 3 - 4 days before those inside the nest are all hatched.ππ»ππ» Iβll keep you posted.
Iβll be praying that all goes well for you tomorrow Misty. ππ»Thanks for your kind wishes and all the best of wishes back to you. ππ€πxxx
Many thanks pumpkin for all your support. My injections have gone well today and im hopeful of a good result. Hope you have a good week too. Xxπβ€π
Thank you weathervane for remembering. How did your phone call go?. Do hope you get answers soon.It did go well yesterday and the consultant was very nice, older than i thought he'd be but very experienced.
I couldnt ask him about my foot as major building work was going on in the xray dept and the noise was deafening!. I did learn that nerves can be badly affected by injury or trauma like an op which happened to my leg and i think it has to my foot.
Ive had a good result i think but just need to get past the backache stage!.
Your caption made it to the shortlist weathervane , another one is the winner who ive told. I was pleased to get so many entries so will do it again. Ive enjoyed it as others have too. I asked my parents to judge overall so no bias and fresh minds.
Take care and good luck for seeing the surgeon. Ive got eye test tomorrow!. Keep safe. Xxπ€β€π€β€
Hi Misty glad you have Monday over and you can finally get a bit of relief π€I can agree with you about nerves being affected by an op as i am experiencing it , worse for some reason at night!
Glad ive made the short list for your competition βοΈβοΈ. Talking about competitionβ¦..3 strictly dancers being announced on
the 1 show , hope theyβre good, canβt wait ππ.
Got a call from rheumy nurse , i will have to wait till radio is finished and call them back then, so could be a while ad still no date for radio . Scared to leave my phone out of my sight in case i get a call !!
Take care , hope your eyes were good as well π€ππΌππ
Hi weathervane, i am sorry your getting nerve pain from your op and its awful to be happening at night disturbing sleep!.How is it healing?. Better i hope. If it gets really bad there are nerve painkillers you can take. I hope it settles soon, i know how awful it is. My leg's been FAB today and no real backache. Bliss!.
My foot is painful but i was pleased at the walking i did today helped by these new insoles. Interesting what podiatry say.
Im sorry your glued to the phone as no date for radio or plan for your treatment after by the Rheumy's. How have you been managing?. It doesnt help not knowing really does it?. I even took phone in the loo when i was home alone as didnt want to miss anything!.
I saw the Strictly announcements but didnt know them did you?. As long as they have a good sense of humour its a great show!. Im really looking forward to it. Its great its seen off Simon Cowell's Xfactor!. He's taken it off as ratings were so poor!.
Eye test was great, eyes healthy and just changing glasses as eyesight had changed. .
π€for the phone weathervane and check on sat for the cutie pic winner if you can. Keep safe and take care. Xxπβ€ππ€β€πβ€π€β€πβ€π€
Still no word today βΉοΈ! I take pregabalin, not sure if its of , has been better the last few days.
I do know the two men who are in strictly, not sure who the girl is , looking forward to finding out who the other dancers will be . Strictly brightens up your Saturday nights with a bit of sparkle, I never was a fan of X Factor .
I hope you are feeling good today and have better weather than us , its poured all day here. I had a great video call with my sisters in Newcastle, cheered me up no end ππ
Hi weathervane, sorry no call still. π€for tomorrow. Glad the nerve pain has been better. I take gabapentin , the older version of pregabalin. I ve tried it twice and had to stop because of side effects. How do you find it as its quite strong?.
Glad you've had a better day and catching up with your sister's was such a boost. You must miss each other a lot and i expect they're sorry about you having to go thru this treatment. I bet your finding it hard having to self-isolate again!.
Im so looking forward to Strictly, its such a happy, feelgood show and as you say plenty of sparkle!. There are also 4 new dancers too so that will be fun. It does keep it fresh and Anton is a fulltime judge now too!. π
Ive had another good day with my leg, it makes such a difference to me and how i feel getting rid of the pain. Im much more positive and achieve things.
Not sure about my foot, didnt like the walking i did yesterday!. Im watching it for my appt on 20th.
Its been wet here too and cooler. Feels more autumnal suddenly which seems a shame. πͺ
Good luck tomorrow and have a lovely weekend. Best wishes. Xx
Hope you have had another good day today and are making progress π. I have never had any trouble with pregabalin side effects, but would not be keen on increasing the dose. Have a lovely weekend xxxx
