This picture was taken today with little Mira in the hammock , I’m looking very happy because the consultants secretary told me my biopsy results are normal yay so no cancer - this forum has been amazing, Thankyou so much all you lovely folk for all the support I’ve received - from me and Mira have a lovely weekend 🐶🥰

😂😂😂 I will definitely sleep ok tonight now - I feel so bad putting all my friends and family through all this worry and stress and the worse bit is my best friend has bowel cancer at the moment and she is having chemo - she has been so very ill from it although she will be very happy for me I kind of feel bad if you know what I mean, I’m going straight from my CT scan to see her tomorrow xx

We have been to the veterinary hospital with Dylan today. He has a leaky mitral valve so will need medication for life. It is the best of the options and we are extremely relieved and grateful that our gorgeous boy is back home tucking into his mackerel with gusto. Happy days xxx

Oh no poor Dylan, it’s awful isn’t it when our fur babies are not well, such a worry, so glad he can have medication for it- Bea & Mira love sardines 🤣🥰

We had them on Satiety prescription diet food but it was costing a fortune and in 2 years they gained weight because Neil over treats them so they did not eat their food. Now I am buying Butchers sensitive and adding bran plus Fish for dogs mackerel or herring which they love. They are both happily chewing on a new treat I bought them called Yackers made of Yaks milk. It’s a dog ‘s life xxx

So sorry to hear about Dylan. Do you have to give pills or injections? When Gigi first came to us she had lyme disease. She just had her wellness check up and she has it they think again. I wonder if she never got over it, but they think it is new because the results of the antibodies are so much higher. She is on antibiotics and will be vaccinated later. She is doing all right, just gets tired. She will celebrate her 2nd birthday tomorrow.

Oh I am so sorry to hear about Gigi bless her. It is a real worry isn’t it? We have to give Dylan one tablet twice daily. He is bright, energetic, playful and eating well so hopefully he will remain that way. I belong to a Cocker Spaniel group on Facebook and many of the senior dogs there have mitral valve issues too and are still going strong so we are hopeful. Thank you so much for your concern. I hope Gigi recovers well xxx
