Morning all. I've been diagnosed with UCTD in November was given 400 hydroxy.
I should've had my 6 month appointment by now( guessing they're behind) with rheumatology. I've been keeping a diary in preparation for this. One thing I've noticed is i get really, really hot at 10pm on the dot every evening! My blood tests in November did show I'm going though menopause but surely a hot flush wouldn't be so precise every evening.

I am also menopausal but also get sweaty/hot flushes at night. It comes on more with tiredness, stress and when I have a UTI. When I've slept for a while at night it tends to wear off. I manage it by keeping really cool at night -window open, no bedclothes, no clothes. I used to have a ceiling fan which was absolutely fab, and will definitely be getting another one.
I thought I was the only one who experienced this! I have lupus and I am post menopausal, still taking some HRT. I can almost set the clock by my 10pm flush.
