EMF MCS light sensitivity questions

Hey! I am wondering if anyone on here has EMF sensitivity and MCS and how you manage it and/ or any products that you have found that help symptoms (my main symptom is a bright red, hot, swelling face and then swelling all over the body). It is mainly when I use my phone or watch the tv for a long time or hoover up oh and in the car. There are a few products out there that claim to be efficient at protecting against the EMF but as it’s not a well known thing I think some products may work better than others. Everything is so expensive so I really do want to choose wisely.

I’ve also become light sensitive as I realised when going out in the sun on Tuesday, my body swells up and I have red patches in my skin from being out in the sun. I wore a HUGE hat and sun block which I’m sure helped but I was in pain out in the sun.

I am not diagnosed with Lupus or any other autoimmune illness as yet despite constantly being in touch with the dr about symptoms so am trying to manage as best I can in the meantime. I am awaiting a dermatology appointment at the end of the month so hopefully they will be able to help a bit more!!

Thank you
