This is not a question about whether to get the vaccine. I know it’s recommended and I can’t wait to do it. It’s about those of you who are immunosuppressed with Rituximab or something similar that have received a vaccine. Curious if any of you have had your antibodies tested afterward. I am so anxious to get it but just had an infusion last month so I have some time to wait. Has anybody had successful antibody production against the virus?
It may be too soon. I know that there are studies starting on this question but thought I’d ask here.

I was wondering exactly the same. I have my jab on Thursday and I'm on Methotrexate. There's a lot of talk about us maybe not having as big an immune response as others, but how will we know? Have some vaccinated people on similar medication been tested? Will we get a test? It is important to know the degree to which we can relax a bit after the first jab. I don't want to behave like I'm 80% protected if I'm only 40%.
Important points! I can only assume we won’t be in the 95% range. It may be that other vaccines at least give a baseline expectation since this is not the only situation where immunosuppressed individuals are vaccinated.
I posted this earlier this week and thought it maybe of interest to you. Hopefully, it may answer some of the questions that those of us are immunosuppressed have.
