Hello everyone

Here's a hedgehog getting ready for hibernation and i think we could take a leaf out of their book and do the same this winter. Be good to wake up when its Spring.

Keep safe and well everyone.

Hi diane, im sorry i havent emailed you as promised. I do hope you had a lovely birthday . I had awful, worsening pain in big toe and rang our xray dept who had no trace of gp's request . I said what was happening and they said A&E so spent extra time there. It was worth it as no fracture but an acute joint flare. Rest for a fortnight and ibuprofen and if no better ill be asking my Rheumy's advice. Im so relieved its not fractured and exhausted too. Ill do email reply no 2 next week. Do hope the added hydroxy is helping and im sorry you have a tough juggle with the anti- inflammatories too. Do hope you enjoy Strictly and chat soon. Keep safe lovely. Xx🙂❤🙂

Oh dear Helen, what a rotten time you’re having with that toe, poor you😞, I’m so sorry you ended up in A&E, let’s hope the ibuprofen helps, it’s just a thought but I wonder if Arcoxia would help if you don’t get any joy from ibuprofen , it’s such a good anti inflammatory and is gentler on the stomach, might be worth asking your GP if it’s possible and if it’s compatible with your other meds of course.

I had a lovely birthday thanks, lots of lovely messages, calls and a zoom call with all the kids and little ones, I also had four beautiful bouquets, I love flowers this time of year because they last until Xmas in my conservatory where it’s cool, it smells like a florists💐😍 Thank you for all your lovely messages too, it meant a lot to me🙏

Please take care Helen, rest up and please don’t worry about replying, no rush!

Enjoy strictly tonight too... it’s getting tough who to vote out, they’re all good!

Big hugs 🤗 🥰💃🕺🏻👯‍♂️🌺XXX

Many thanks diane, for your lovely , understanding reply and helpful suggestion. Im glad Arcoxia is a safer anti- inflammatory but very effective. I will keep a note of it. Touch wood ive used ibuprofen gel 4 × on it now and its improved greatly. Im really hopeful of a full recovery for this toe thank goodness.

Im so pleased you had a lovely birthday despite lockdown. Its really hard now to split them in Strictly. Enjoy my dear and ill catch up next week. I feel so exhausted. Xx💃♥️💃

Ours has disappeared sadly but ( and I know this will strike horror into some) there are baby rats jumping and playing in the garden which I find entertaining. I haven’t told the neighbours as they would be calling the council 🙊🐀🐀🐀

Difficult Cecily, I must admit I wouldn't be keen but they're living creatures aren't they?. Xx

Yes they are so cute. As long as they don’t come near my kitchen or hurt my dogs they are harmless. They are incredibly shy and they dash away as soon as the light goes on xxx
